[Mpls] buses on Nicollet

            What defines "transit"? A semi-enclosed moving sidewalk wouldn't 
be transit? Segway scooters wouldn't be transit? Bicycles aren't transit? 
Pedestrians need wheels to be considered transit? All of these could be 
comfortably entertained on the Mall if the buses went away. 
            Get rid of the suicide corridors masked as bike lanes on Hennepin 
and there's more room for the buses to get by (pretty much empty now of any 
passengers disembarking downtown, so they could fly on out, reducing 
pollution).
            By the way, I still want the Segway rental franchise. Might have 
to give a taste to the MTC but I'll still thrive.
