[Mpls] Park Board Bares Machine Links/ "Process" Voided/ Something Stinks

Reasonable voices have shared their discomfort at my posting the language 
below. They have suggested a lapse in decorum on my part, there. I bow to their 
criticism, and apologize to Anneiy, and all, for the mean spirit of these two 
sentences. The additional negative outcome of this lapse is it may have diluted 
my attempt to speak "Truth to LACK of power".
