[Mpls] 50th Street Traffic

I would just like to say that new striping job on 50th street has improved 
the traffic flow tremendously.  The turn lanes keep traffic moving smoothly.  I 
don't know if they retimes the lights or not, but all seems good there as 
well.  Wonderful to see that the same old street can do a better job without 
expansion.  Thanks to all those who worked on the numerous task forces, the Council 
Members involved and Hennepin County Commissioner, Gail Dorfman.

Now all that is needed is to the fix the 50th and Lyndale intersection so 
traffic doesn't get backed up there.
