[Mpls] campaign lit and Kahn

If you're going to run an effective, successful campaign, yes it's important
to be aware of the "message" your competition is sending to potential
voters. However, there are legal avenues for obtaining this information.
There must be someone in the area that would've given Rep. Kahn a lit piece
if she had asked.
