[Mpls] City Council Bus Tour

KARE-TV had a story at 5PM today regarding a City Council bus tour  through 
some of the more troubled areas of Minneapolis. Apparently the bus made  
several stops in South and North Minneapolis and residents were able to board  the 
bus and tell their stories to the Council Member passengers. It appeared the  
tour was organized by Council Members Samuels and Lilligren. The reporter  
(Bernie Grace) said some of the Members were upset that only 7 of 13 Members  
showed up for the tour.
