A forum organized by the Center for the Study of Politics at the Humphrey
Institute, will be held tomorrow Wednesday, June 2nd from 10:00 to 11:30
a.m. in the Humphrey Institute's Cowles Auditorium, in Minneapolis.
Speakers Norm Ornstein, Resident Scholar at the American Enterprise
Institute and Kenneth Goldstein from the University of Wisconsin, will
discuss Campaign Finance Reform and the 2004 Election.  That panel will be
moderated by Lori Sturdevant of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.  To make a
