[Mpls] smoking ban

You are definitely going carzy. ;^)

Making choices because they are my position seems reasonable and 
rational, not crazy. I am balancing the rights of nonsmokers and 
smokers based on my position and values. It just puts me in a different 
camp than you. Sounds like democracy to me.
