[Mpls] Cool transit idea

This is in the planning stages for Metro Transit buses
here.   They have been installing AVL systems on all
buses here for the past couple years.  I think they
must be close to %100 by now.

I believe one plan is to put displays at some bus
stops giving bus ETA times.

Probably a $$$ issue.
