Council Member Schiff to host discussion on the future of MTN.

This Friday, June 25, at Breakfast with Gary, Minneapolis Telecommunications Network staff will discuss the future of community access cable.  The City's communications department is studying whether or not to locate the MTN studios in City Hall.  Cable franchise negotiations are currently underway with Time Warner.  MTN will tape this month's Breakfast and air it over the next month.

Breakfast with Gary is a monthly breakfast meeting for constituents hosted by 9th Ward Minneapolis City Council Member Gary Schiff.  Held from 7:30-9:00 a.m. on the final Friday of the month (January through October) at the Café of the Americas (3019 Minnehaha Avenue South), the Breakfast features people and issues that affect the 9th Ward and the City of Minneapolis.  The cost of breakfast is $5.
