Annie,
I appreciate your response. I would be more interested in the email records 
of Park Board staff. Frequently the Park Board votes to authorize staff to 
negotiate contracts with vendors. After that nothing is said until a problem 
comes up down the road. Also, why does it take so long to get the meeting 
minutes posted? My sons youth hockey association posts minutes faster.
