[Mpls] No agreement-Republicans still forcing a bus strike

   Talks to prevent a bus strike went all day and into
the night. It looks like like the union was presenting
ideas to prevent a strike and the Republican Met
Council was saying NO, NO, NO.

  The Pawlenty Met Council is still refusing to accept
binding arbitration.
