[Mpls] Remind DFL caucus attendees of '05 caucus

Closed circuit to those attending DFL caucuses tonight,

At the '01 City Convention we passed a resolution allowing City election
year caucuses for all city offices on the ballot.  There will be separate
caucuses next year for those races so I think it is important to remind
folks that they will need to attend those caucuses in order to have a say in
Mayoral, Council, and Park Board races (there are a few others but you get
the idea).

According to what I have been told you are NOT eligible to take part in Ward
endorsements in '05 by just attending the '04 caucus.  This is an important
detail to share with those who may not know.

The Greens may have caucuses in '05 and I'm sure there is a knowledgeable
list member who can let us know if that's the case.
