[Mpls] Wonder about caucus's counts at Central

I'm a bit confuse here. Last night I went to caucus at Central School. When two people were counting the vote for president candidates, there were just two of them. What I wanted to know is if it would be wise to have the count double check by two more citizens. Or wouldn't it matter that much?
