[Mpls] Need info on Urban Venture

I live fairly close to Urban Venture's building and I'm so curious about this program. But I do know that some folks aren't too happpy with Urban Venture. I haven't been able to find much time to read so many e mails. If anyone can kindly please send me a little bit of your perspective on Urban Venture , that would be great.
