Dennis Plante responds:

As it relates to the current transit strike affecting Minneapolis - First 
NWA deals with much larger numbers then does the Met Council.  Secondly, it 
should be reported that the $200 mil/year is roughly half of what NWA was 
asking for.

The significant difference in the two situations - NWA management feels 
there was something to talk about (negotiate), the Met council does not.
