Strom compares we spend to operate buses, light rail and Metro Mobility
with what we spend to build highways and comes to the conclusion that
the ratio is out of wack.

Convieniently ignored is the cost of maintaining the roads.  Nothing
like using unrelated numbers to "prove" his point.  His one man road
show has gotten old.

As for his suggestion that we make people less "transit dependent,"
he's trying to move backwards.  We need more people riding the bus.
