    Ms. Moriarity responded to my request for an explanation of the $387.37 'subsidy' mentioned in the SW Journal article.
She said,  "This figure was arrived at by Marge Rowland of the MPS. It is based on  less than full occupancy."  Really, that
was it. The response reminds me of one answer to the classic question of why the sun comes up in the east.
