[Mpls] Down & Out in the MPS?

I am curious how many parents there are in
Minneapolis who would be interested in 
starting a charter school that would have
a strong emphasis on math and science.  
My family and I have had difficulty finding 
a public school anywhere in the Metro that 
meets our expectations and although there
are several good private schools there is
no guarantee our children will be accepted.

I would be happy to join an online discussion
