As of Feb. 14, the FBI announced that it had wrapped up its
investigation and sent the report to the civil rights division of the
Department of Justice, which has final prosecuting authority, for
review.  Based on the division's behavior in the reviewing EEOC findings
involving Minneapolis librarians and the hostile workplace issue
involving porn exposure, that could take a year.
