As a pro-choice nonsmoker I am personally conflicted on this issue. Does
anyone know where I can find documentation on the economic impact of
smoking bans in areas where part of the metro area go non smoking and
other parts do not? I am curious about the economic impact for business
owners, and the sales taxes as well.  

For example -- I have heard evidence points to the restaurants in
Superior WI benefiting from the Duluth smoking ban, a situation with
economic implications the eventually resulted in scaling back the scope
of the ban.
