[Mpls] Bomb turns out to be ticking toys

The bomb filled suitcase turned out to be filled with toys. The police 
didn’t discover that the suitcase was filled with toys until they blew it 
up. After x-raying the suitcase and sending a bomb sniffing dog to 
investigate the case the police were still unable to determine if it was a 
bomb. The case was filled with ticking toys. Sorry for posting more than 
twice in a day but I thoght that people should get this information
