to such well-connected former colleagues could reek. Can anyone further
enlighten us on this matter?"

Brandt:  Mr. Kushner might want to start by reading the Star Tribune's
85-inch article on April 5 that dealt with this and other development
proposals from former City Hall insiders along the Hiawatha line.
