[Mpls] Activities at local Polling Places in Mpls

Ward 12, Precinct 6 was not using the scanner to count the ballots this morning.
Does anyone have any knowledge on why?
I asked and was told they were not using it, but no reason given.
All else there seemed just fine and good turnout.
