Reminders on the bullying thread:

Don't get personal with other members. If you find yourself addressing 
another member directly (not speaking to the forum), you should 
probably e-mail that person offlist. When things get personal, rules 
are violated, and I want to head that off.

Remember this is a local list that has to focus on locally achievable 
solutions. Dragging in national politics can be a distraction from 
that, and may violate our local focus rules.

I know the feelings are strong and sincere; that is not in question.
