Minneapolis might benefit from learning more about how Baltimore is making
significant progress on many quality of life issues through an exciting
partnership called the Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Alliance (BNIA).

The BNIA describes itself as "a growing movement of neighborhoods, city
agencies, community organizations, businesses, educational institutions,
nonprofit organizations, residents and many more working to promote the principle and
practice of well-informed decision making for neighborhood change toward
strong neighborhoods, improved quality of life, and a thriving city."
