Dyna, I have a hard time believing there is ANY small town in Minnesota 
where drugs are not available, to those willing to look for them.

I once asked my 15-year old nephew, living in a town of some 400 people, if 
there were drugs available there.  He knew they were, and knew which kids 
to ask for which type of drugs.  And he didn't use any drugs, just said 
this was common knowledge in school.
