I went down there on Sunday to look around, have lunch and shop...Use to
live in the area in the sixties so it was fun to see the improvements. The
Chef's Cafe was gone!...The Aldi store is great..bring cash and it is well
worth it. I agree with Eric, a job is better than not having a
job...Low prices with volume does not mean low wages.
The Franklin Library looks so magificent. It is a centerpiece in that
neighborhood and can't open any too soon..some other great buildings along
Franklin to the East. One thing that I noticed was the openess of the area.
The Ancient Trader was low so there were various levels of buildings which
gave the area some interest. Great color combo... I think it is happening
now!
I would like to know how to take $70,000. and turn it into $130 million for
our Nokomis area?
