I understand the Casalendas space (still Mario's, to me) needs several 
thousand dollars worth of work in the kitchen area to bring it up to code 
for a restaurant food prep space.  That is why Casalendas closed down, and 
apparently is enough to scare off any prospective new restaurant, too.
