O.K. Dorie, I will go along with that. Can we also
send the crack heads, gang bangers, murderers and
burglar there too? The judges sure aren't sending any
of them to jail and we in the inner-city are running
out of candles from all the dang vigils. 

Right now the "restricted" area you speak of is
Jordan, Hawthorne, Phillips, Whittier, Elliot Park and
a few lucky others.
