[Mpls] Minneapolis School Closings

One thing that I did not see explained in the Tribune article on the school
closings is what, if any, differences are there between the schools proposed
to be closed last year and the schools proposed to be closed now.  My
cynical streak is wondering whether we went through the elaborate
reconsideration only to arrive back at the same place where we were before.

I do note that Pratt is once again on the closing list despite the
production by the neighborhood and the Pratt families of a long list of
policy reasons against doing so and the fact that doing so will cost more
money than it will save.
