I'm curious how much the city is spending on this
project?
I'm also wondering why this was outsourced?
Consulting fees generally are higher than city
employees get paid.
I have the same objections to Smith Parker doing the
citizen input gathering on the 35w Excess Project.
Yup, Joe Barisonzi and his consulting business,
Community Leader got a good Return on Investment (ROI)
for his work with the Samuels campaign. Not quite as
good as lawyer/lobbyist Brian Rice for his
contributions to the Park Board.....
