[Mpls] Barisonzi gets good ROI from his work on Samuels campaign

Having had the opportunity to work at Joe's direction on Don's campaign, I
think any statement that indicates that Joe might be receiving consulting
contracts that he hasn't earned strictly on the merits of the proposal
itself, is well - inaccurate. Joe is an extraordinarily talented
individual, with great insight into issues such as this. In my opinion,
it's money well-spent by the City and I don't question for a moment whether
it could be done "in-house" more cost-effectively. Not to mention that to
perform an "in-house" audit of this type, probably would not be allow the
City to obtain the same type of results, or feedback from the community
at-large.
Don's office sending-out a follow-up email regarding his involvement (or
lack thereof) is exactly my findings of Don Samuels to date, he doesn't take
credit for something he has NOT played a part in.
To read anything else into this matter, is in my opinion, pure speculation.
