[Mpls] Question about school closings

Actually, Dan. the first-year estimate of $3 million in savings was NET
of closing costs.  The succeeding-year estimate made last winter was
considerably higher.  For the sake of discussion, I'm using the one-half
of one percent of the school budget that launched this discussion.  The
actual estimate made last winter for the first year was $2.8 million.  I
haven't heard an estimate of savings, if any, for the current
scenarios.
