[Mpls] Minneapolis Community Engagement Project

The Minneapolis Community Engagement Project (MCEP) thanks Jim Graham for  
his extensive, insightful comments about neighborhoods and community  engagement 
and Vicky Heller for reminding us of the vital importance of  businesses in 
considering how to create and implement a better system of  community 
engagement in Minneapolis.
 
Both writers demonstrate a knowledge about and passion for this issue that  
the MCEP must receive from many people if we are to bring the best possible  
recommendations forward in our report to the Minneapolis City Council.
