[Mpls] "Don't Vote" in North Minneapolis

I e-mailed Clear channel about the billboards and here's what they have to
say:

Connie,

The DON'T VOTE ad you're seeing is one of 15 billboards purchased by a local
company.

The local company wishes to remain anonymous for now.  They are trying to
get peoples' attention and, let me say, it's working!

The advertiser wishes to follow up the DON'T VOTE message with an additional
message.  Watch for further information during October.

We have not received the follow-up messages yet, but we understand they will
put a positive spin on this campaign.
