Good point.  I think it's a valid concern but the probability strikes me as
being low for a couple reasons.  For example, the word in the media is that
things like GHB has shifted to situations such as parties where it's easier
to isolate the victim.  Also, how often does this crime occur either way?
Seems to me that it's not often.  I'm not for the smoking ban at all. But
the GHB argument seems a bit like arguing against seat belt use in case of
that odd chance you somehow crash into a body of water so you don't get
stuck in your seat belt.  I'm not saying it's not a valid point.  Just seems
relatively unlikely to occur.  Plus it can be combated with education.
