[Mpls] Re Posting to the Forum...

Hi!
Does one have to be a member of the Mpls Forum to post something to it?  We had the experience that one of our staff persons (who is not a member) posted a correction, it (apparently) showed up briefly on the forum, then it apparently (we were told) disappeared (although we didn't see it ourselves).

Please advise.
