There are ways of reducing taxes. Very soon we will see our  residential 
streets breaking down before their time because we are allowing 5  ton vehicles to 
run over residential streets unrestricted. Repair and replacing  these 
streets will cost millions and most will be paid by motorists, renters and  
homeowners. The super sized vehicles not only destroy our streets, their  excessive 
use of gasoline cause unnecessary amounts of cancerous filth to  pour into our 
air, driving up health care costs and driving up all  fuel prices around the 
world, including heating fuels. Heating fuels will  go up another 30% or more 
this winter. We are not an oil producing state. Piggy  vehicles cause millions 
of dollars to flow out of our state  unnecessarily.
