[Mpls] Aproval of BLock Permit

It seems like the city reversed yesterday it's previous decision to deny the block party permit for the Mexican Independence celebration on September 15th .  

We thank everyone who helped reverse this decision. Finally the Mexican community in Minneapolis will have a real Mexican Independence celebration in Lake street. This means a lot to thousands of residents in Minneapolis who will now feel a bit less homesick during this celebration. 

I specially want to thank Dean Zimmermann and Garry Schiff, and I'm sure they're staffs, on working hard to change the ordinance. 

Lets keep working to diversify desicionmakers in Minneapolis to avoid this type of thing happening again.
