This is also the official notice that we have re-designed the site and
started adding new features. Feedback and comments are welcome, but those
containing obscenities will be taken less seriously... We are aware of the
obvious rough spots and should have them ironed out in a week or two.

We now have the past 3 issues of the Watchdog News on the web site in PDF
AND HTML formats.

And for those that are interested, we have put a copy of the RICO suit
against the city of Saint Paul on-line that was covered in our MARCH / APRIL
2005 issue. We have created a section of the site that will have copies of
most, if not all, of the documentation referred to in the stories we cover.
