The super storms are making their debut. Everyday our planet gets warmer.
Every year we can expect the hydro-meteorological disasters to worsen. The
federal government is doing nothing. Our state government and governor are doing
nothing. Minneapolis is not invulnerable. We can b hit by super tornadoes and
super storms as well. Are we going to go on with business as usual? There
are two imperatives; Conservation and build renewable energy technology.
Conservation will bring great wealth to a state that produces zero fossil and
nuclear fuels. Conservation will reduce deadly mercury emissions and greenhouse
gasses. Conservation will slow the flow of billions of dollars out of our city
and state. Conservation will reduce our trade deficits and reduce the need to
plunder for oil, coal and nuclear fuels.

Renewable energy technology can do the same. We can show the world what
needs to b done. We can use federal and state funds to build solar arrays on our
parking ramps and freeway sound barriers. We can use little or none of city
taxpayers money and the return will b immediate as we get thousands of
kilowatts of electricity for our city from the free, clean, safe energy of the sun.
Free money to build technology to harvest free energy. What are we waiting
for? Most Americans are unaware that solar energy with the latest more efficient
solar modules and with the big recent breakthroughs in inverter technology
is in high demand. Solar panels are now back ordered for six months around the
world. With our weakened dollar Europeans have been buying every solar
panel they can get their hands on.

We cannot allow the extremely dangerous coal, oil and nuclear industry to
run our lives. Renewable energy development and construction will create
thousands of jobs. The jobs that might b lost in the old and obsolete industries
will be recreated in the new energy industries. More delay is not an option.
"A thousand mile journey starts with the first step". There are dozens of
other earth saving things we must do. Visit my web site. Vote on September 13th.

(ok lobbyists and hacks for the coal and nuclear industries, its time to
trash me and my ideas. Tell me dirt might get on the panels or that solar is not
developed or some such lies and nonsense)
