This post isn't about supporting "local artists." It's about supporting you,
and is a commercial posting on the Minneapolis issues list serve. It's not
appropriate. Put up some flyers or something.

Subject: [Mpls] Support local artists in your holiday planning

> Greetings!
>
> Minneapolis a cultural oasis. In the winter months you can warm your toes
> seeing shows, great music or with fine foods and beverages. A beautiful
> painting, photograph, or sculpture can fill you vision and transform your
> day.
>
> Spread warmth and joy at your events by inviting Santa Erik to your party.
>
> As list member Annie Young reported after Santa Erik visited her grandson:
>
> "You cannot believe the impact you had on everyone at our Solstice dinner.
> It is hard to tell who was most excited - the adults or [the youngster].
> Your
> timing was perfect . . . . You were well worth every penny and then some.
> What a wonderful job - making people happy.
>
> "Thank you so very much for making our holiday season ever so bright,
> Annie"
>
> Santa Erik reads the Minneapolis Issues list and the Minneapolis Observer.
> He has lived in Minneapolis his entire life.
> When not tending magic reindeer he plays "the hairy potter" a hirsute
> ceramic artist.
>
> Bring a little joy to your party – contact Santa Erik today about a
> performance at your home or workplace.
