With all due respect, I don't see the UoM as being responsible for
providing entertainment (or gambling opportunities) to the public, nor
do I think tax dollars should be allocated for that purpose.  The
purpose of the U is education (not athletics), and I'd agree that we
should be putting more public money to that end.
