    With all do respect, the risk associated with a ticket surcharge 
could very easily be lessened by guarantors with the means to do so.  
It's much more fun for them to see how much they can get out of the 
public coffers, though.
    Getting money from the public is the sport of billionaires.  It's 
not really about them getting more money;  it's the thrill of the chase 
that keeps them going, another challenge to face.  Minneapolis is a 
castle yet to be penetrated thoroughly by those valiant knights of the 
club with money.
