[Mpls] Greg Gray on the Hennepin County Stadium Boondoggle:Supports a Referendum

Linda Higgins is currently my State Senator and I wrote to her when I 
heard this as a rumor.  She replied to me personally that she was, in 
fact, going to seek Stenglein's County Board seat.

I know she participates on this list and I am sure she will directly 
address it soon.  Caucuses are right around the corner!
