Yes but the Allina jobs (which have people attached to
them) are coming from Golden Valley, as I recall. 
These people are not going to move in, they're just
going to commute.  They're not going to switch banks
or schools for their kids.  I would even be willing to
bet that (by and large) they won't leave the building
for lunch since they'll have the little food-court
thing right inside.
