[Mpls] City sales tax

I oppose all sales taxes. They are regressive; they make the poor pay
more, and let the rich off the hook. There is NO cause or purpose which
justifies sales taxes. Taxes should come from income and wealth, not from
sales or property. The rich should pay much more, and the poor nothing.

The rich are overjoyed to see sales taxes go up. It just encourages them
to cut taxes on the rich more, and let the gullible citizens make up the
loss by sales taxes.

Tax the gd rich, and leave the poor alone. Yield to the rich in nothing.
