City Republican Party Threatens Legal Action Against Mayor Rybak for Newsletter
The Minneapolis Republican City Committee has notified Mayor R.T. 
that it is exploring legal action if Rybak does not reimburse the 
city for the costs of producing what it called a campaign-related 
newsletter.
