As someone who does maintain a commercial drivers license. If anyone sees this type of behavior you can always call the company and let them know what there drivers are doing. All you have to do is ask for the safety director. This goes for Illegal Drug And Prostitution also. I have contacted several out of state Trucking firms and they were very happy to get the info and have even been offered JOBS a couple of times.

Here's something to consider on the issue of traffic
light cameras: The drivers most likely to have their
behavior modified by implementing this option would be
those employed by business and government.

Not half an hour after I finished reading the various
arguments on this list, I was walking on University
Ave. when the following transpired: A huge armored
truck owned by a major national security firm was
racing eastbound on University at Huron. It sped up
through the red light, narrowly missing a westbound
SUV that was turning left onto Huron. If drivers whose
job depended on their maintaining a clean driving
record knew that their flouting of traffic laws and
common sense would result in direct consequences to
them, a significant number of vehicles on the road
would soon be following those laws assiduously.
Perhaps it is too much to hope, but those same drivers
might then get into the habit of following traffic
laws in their private lives as well.
