[Mpls] Anyone else having problems with MSN.com internet service?

I use internet service provided by Minneapolis-based Qwest and MSN.com.  For 
about the past 2 weeks, the service has sucked!!  Many times when trying to 
read e-mail or sent messages, I have been getting a message that the server 
is too busy.
Everything else I do on the internet seems to be just fine.  I am trying to 
figure out if the problem is with Qwest/MSN or if I have picked up a virus 
or something.
Anyone else having problems?  And if so, how do we go about getting a refund 
for the crappy service for the last couple of weeks?
